Student-led campus tours

If you are thinking about coming to Kingston University but are unable to attend one of our open days or subject events, then you may be interested in attending one of our student-led campus tours.

Tours of the Penrhyn Road and Kingston Hill campuses* will depart promptly from the main receptions at 2.00pm and 2.45pm on the following date:

Please ensure that you know where your chosen subject area is taught, to ensure that you go to the right campus.

Features of student-led tours

You can have a 45-minute student-led tour of the campus where your chosen subject is taught at*.
You'll get a taste of university life plus the opportunity to ask questions about becoming a student here.
These tours are designed to give a general overview of the campus and are not course specific.
There is no need to book.

Please note: that student-led campus tours are run by current students so you will not have the opportunity to ask questions to staff or attend talks. You will also be unable to view halls of residence or labs and equipment as these require a staff presence.

What campuses will the tours take place at?

Student-led campus tours take place at our Penrhyn Road and Kingston Hill campuses only.

Unfortunately tours of Knights Park and Roehampton Vale campus are not available for student-led tours at present. If you wish to have a tour of these sites you will need to attend one of the main open days or subject events.

* Kingston University has four campuses. Depending on which course you study will determine which campus you will primarily be based at.

Please ensure that you know where your chosen subject area is taught, to ensure that you go to the right campus.

Who are the student-led campus tours suitable for?

We recommend student-led campus tours if you:

are thinking about coming to Kingston University but have been unable to attend one of our tour and exhibition, open day or faculty events;
want to get a feel for the University when there are students on campus;
are thinking about Kingston University or have accepted an offer from us (it doesn't matter what stage you are at); and
are looking to study a course taught at our Penrhyn Road or Kingston Hill campus*.

How to find us

If you are travelling some distance for these events, please plan your journey in advance and give plenty of time to account for traffic delays. Both campuses are accessible by public transport.
