Kingston Hill

On campus at Kingston HillKingston Hill is an attractive hillside campus about three miles outside Kingston town centre. Its modern buildings and cutting-edge facilities complement its landscaped gardens and green spaces.

In addition to its many teaching rooms and computer labs, Kingston Hill is home to a fully-equipped music studio, halls of residence and lots of social spaces (including a Students' Union bar, student canteen and learning café). With so many facilities on site, the campus enjoys a friendly, community feel.

We're currently working on a new £30 million teaching building for the Kingston Hill campus, due to open in 2012. As well as formal teaching areas, the new building will include space for informal learning. We want to make it as sustainable as possible On Kingston Hill campusso hope to include:

  • rainwater harvesting;
  • natural ventilation and low carbon energy use; and
  • renewable energy generation.

The free University bus connects Kingston Hill with the other campuses, as well as the main halls of residence, town centre and railway stations, so it's easy to get around.
