Study Abroad programme

Our programme has been running for more than 30 years and each year we welcome more than 250 students from across the globe for either a semester or a year to study with us.

Kingston is an ideal location for a Study Abroad student. Based beside the River Thames in an attractive leafy suburb of south-west London, Kingston has a vibrant town centre of shops, restaurants, a theatre and a cinema. It also has excellent transport links and central London is just 30 minutes away by train.

We offer an extensive range of 1,300 modules in more than 30 different subject areas covering the arts, humanities, business, law, social sciences and sciences, with flexible module combinations.

University-arranged accommodation is offered to all Study Abroad students, either in modern self-catered en-suite single study bedrooms or in lodgings.

With a dedicated full-time Study Abroad team and colleagues throughout the University, we offer a full range of support services and activities to ensure that your time studying abroad is both stimulating and a life-changing experience.

Adriana Staples, Carthage College, WI Autumn 2016"From the moment I got off the plane until I left three and a half months later, my life completely changed! I've suggested to many students wanting to study in London to apply to Kingston and have the same amazing experience that I have."
