About
I am Senior Lecturer in English Literature and Joint Head of the Department of Humanities, specialising in the literature and culture of the early modern period. As well as Shakespeare and Renaissance modules, I have taught widely across the programme at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. My research interests lie in the field of early modern English understanding of Islam and the East, particularly in the drama and political discourse of the period.
