About
I am responsible for managing, continually developing and enhancing Kingston's Personal Tutor Scheme (PTS), ensuring it effectively contributes to closing the degree awarding gap. I work with faculty PTS Leads and course teams, as well as a range of other stakeholders, using their knowledge of student experience, attainment and engagement, to support them to provide culturally responsive support to their tutees. My responsibilities also include designing and delivering development opportunities for academic staff which builds capacity in inclusive practice and tutors' ability to understand structural inequality in education; including differentiated student experiences and outcomes.
