About
My research is focused on four main areas:
1. Health workforce development with focus on new roles such as physician associates, medical associate roles, and integration and retention of staff
2. Patient and public involvement and engagement in health care service development
3. Emotional and psychological support for patients with chronic kidney disease
4. Understanding therapeutic interactions in acute inpatient psychiatric settings
