I am the Digital Media & hackSpace Workshop Manager at Kingston School of Art. I manage a dynamic creative team in the delivery of specialist software, specialist printing and physical computing consultancy and support. I engage in continuous service improvement exercises to map and review processes, unearthing user trends that enable workshops to eradicate waste activity, improve student and staff satisfaction, and workshop process efficiency.
