Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Due to changes to university procedures in line with government guidance to tackle the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak, we are currently unable to print and post documents.

Once restrictions are lifted, we will endeavour to post your document as soon as possible. Due to the evolving nature of the outbreak, we are unable to give any timescales at the moment

The only service we are able to provide currently is award verification for a third party*.

If you need to verify your award with a third party*, please place an order for an award verification letter. We will need you to provide the third party's email address with your order so the document can be sent directly to them electronically. Unfortunately, documents cannot be sent to graduates to forward on.

*The third party must be an official organisation e.g. university, embassy, employer.

If you have never received your original certificate, and you completed your studies at Kingston University within the last five years, please use the online form below.

If you have already received your award documents and they have been lost, or you completed your studies more than five years ago, you will need to order these.

You can purchase award documents or replacements.

If you still need to contact us, please complete the form below and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. The contact details you give will be used by the alumni office to communicate with you. Please let us know if you'd prefer us not to use them.
