Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Due to changes to university procedures in line with government guidance to tackle the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, we have limited access to printing and postal facilities at the University. Although it is now possible to order some documentation, please allow up to 4 weeks for receipt.

If you are a graduate from summer 2020 you can now request your certificate from gradcerts@kingston.ac.uk. Please include your student ID and a current address for posting. Please allow up to 4 weeks for receipt of your certificate.

For all other types of documentation, please use the contact form below.

If you have never received your original certificate, and you completed your studies at Kingston University within the last five years, please use the online form below.

If you have already received your award documents and they have been lost, or you completed your studies more than five years ago, you will need to order these.

You can purchase award documents or replacements.

If you still need to contact us, please complete the form below and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. The contact details you give will be used by the alumni office to communicate with you. Please let us know if you'd prefer us not to use them.
