(not)Alone is an explorative piece that aims to bring a level of understanding to mental health and the people who live with mental health issues to an audience that may not fully understand what it's like to live with such things, and how people, by just being an ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on, can make a difference, big or small to, sufferers. We aim to steer clear of the word "awareness" and prefer to look at the word "understanding".

There are three performances across two days and the performance length is one hour:

7pm, Wednesday 9th May
2.30pm, Thursday 10th May
7pm, Thursday 10th May
