The Leading to Grow programme helps small businesses of 1–9 employees adopt digital tools to drive innovation and productivity. Designed and led by Kingston Business School experts, the programme provides insights tailored to your business goals.
Funded by the Business Basics Fund through the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, this programme is entirely free for eligible businesses. Through workshops and one-to-one mentoring, participants gain access to cutting-edge solutions and peer networks to support growth and technological advancement.

Half-day workshop: Expert-led sessions at Kingston Business School.

Optional mentoring: 50% of participants will receive individual mentoring.
Eligibility criteria
To participate, your business must:
- Be registered with Companies House with a trading history of three years or more.
- Employ between 1 and 9 people.
- Not have taken part in a similar business school programme in the past 12 months.
This programme is fully funded and free to eligible participants.

National Trial: Participants will contribute to a national study on the impact of technology adoption in microbusinesses.
