Kingston University's location provides opportunities to see first-hand, the criminal justice system in action at Kingston's Crown Court and many non-government organisations (NGOs) and charities connected to crime prevention and justice.

You will be taught by our expert academic team who have published in their specialised research areas, many of whom have professional backgrounds in the criminal justice/law system. Your lecturing staff will make direct links to legal practice, practical examples and research within their teaching.

Your studies are enhanced by legal events and guest lectures, covering a range of areas including subjects such as: technology, employment, climate change, human trafficking and social control. Students graduate with the hands-on experience and critical thinking necessary to understand group and individual behaviours to solve problems and influence the future.
