Abstract

This research aims at investigating the relationship between listed companies' environmental risk disclosure and their environmental performance, supported by the stakeholder theory, the legitimacy theory and the voluntary disclosure theory.

Biography

I am a Business PhD candidate at Kingston University. I hold an MBA, an MRes in Business and Management, and two postgraduate degrees in Strategic Communication, and in Environmental Education. I also hold a bachelor degree in Social Communication - Editing.

I have 12 years of experience in Communication, Social Affairs, Safety and Sustainable Development in the extractive industry, in Brazil and in the UK. I am also a lecturer in Responsible Management.
