Research project: Topology Optimization Applied in Aircraft Anti-icing

I will explore and develop a novel optimization method to be used in the aircraft anti-icing system to save energy as much as possible.

I joined Kingston University in 2019 to study PhD in Aerospace Engineering and my research topic is the optimization of anti-icing system of aircraft. Before this, I have done research on aircraft icing areas for more than 5 years in China, especially in the icing and anti/de-icing test.

Areas of research interest
