Antje Dragoni-Ouni

I am a senior lecturer and course leader on the BA Top-up Programmes; Education and Leadership in Practice (ELP) and Teaching and Learning (TL). I am currently undertaking research for my MA dissertation in Early Childhood Studies. Prior to that I taught on the Foundation degree in Leadership and Management at one of Kingston University's partner colleges.

I felt the need to improve my knowledge and understanding following the set-up of my own Pre-School in 2009, so I undertook the Foundation Degree in Leadership and Management and graduated with a first class BA Hons degree in Teaching and Learning, followed by the Early Years Teacher Award in 2013. I have a deeply felt desire and passion for in-depth knowledge and research in the field of leadership and management in early years. Moreover, I am particularly interested in a movement play-pedagogy and my dissertation is looking to explore ‘Practitioner's understanding of children's physicality'.
