Dr Andreas Hahn

I obtained my PhD from Kingston University (in collaboration with the British Geological Survey) where I developed a time-resolved ore-genetic model for the Cu-Au porphyry and Pb-Zn (Au-Ag) carbonate-replacement mineralisation in the Kassandra mining district, Northern Greece.

Since I joined Kingston University as Lecturer in Igneous and Metamorphic Geology in February 2017, I have developed and maintained an active research network in the field of Igneous Petrology, Ore Deposit Studies, Geochemistry and Geochronology. My work benefits from active collaboration with colleagues in the UK, Germany, Greece, France and Mexico.
