Dr Shalini Ramlall

Lecturer in Interactive Marketing


Prior to my academic career, I spent several years working in industry.  I started as a Software Engineer then moved on to Web design and Digital Marketing. I have considerable experience in Pay Per Click advertising, Search Engine Optimisation, Conversion Rate Optimisation and Web Analytics.

My lecturing specialism focuses on Digital Marketing Strategies and Marketing Communications. I teach on both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
