About

I am a Senior Lecturer in the School of Nursing / Children's Nursing Team and a Registered Nurse Teacher. Most of my clinical experience has focused on caring for critically ill children and their families. This experience has been gained across the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia. In 2012, I graduated with a PhD from The University of Melbourne. I am Chair of the Royal College of Nursing's Children and Young People's Acute Care forum. In addition, I am the Journal of Child Health Care's,  Editor in Chief.
