Mr Dan Jasinski

About

I joined Kingston University in December 2021. I was previously a Senior Lecturer at the University of the West of England, Bristol, where I taught on the LLB (Commercial Law and Organised Crime and Criminal Justice) and Bar Training Course (Criminal Advocacy, Conferencing and Commercial Law).

My current research interests relate to the use of technology in court and the impact this has on fairness and justice, particularly in the context of the criminal process.

From a Teaching and Learning perspective, I am particularly interested in the diversification and internationalisation of students' HE experience, particularly through the medium of meaningful partnerships with organisations, including overseas HE institutions.
