I am a South African qualified, HCPC registered Social Worker with a background in generic and children and families' work. I also have an MA in Professional Education and Training and a PGC in Teaching in HE and the GSCC Practice Teacher Award. I have primary responsibility for leading the Practice Education programme at Kingston University and was recently appointed as PE Consultant within the Developing Together Teaching Partnership. I have a particular interest in professional supervision and development at all levels.
I am currently involved in a research project to explore the career paths of practice educators.
