Mrs Sarah Waygood

About

I am a Physiotherapist, Senior Lecturer, Admissions Tutor and Year 3 Lead.

My clinical expertise is in the field of Respiratory Physiotherapy and Acute Medicine and I share my knowledge and skills through teaching and learning activities.

I am passionate about Physiotherapy and work hard to promote the profession via outreach and recruitment activities; including open days, UCAS events and schools events.

My current research interest is in the field of Physiotherapy student recruitment and the use of Multiple Mini Interview.

I love to develop new ideas for learning and teaching Physiotherapy concepts and work hard to maintain relationships with students to maximise their potential and their experience.

I lead on final year career events too and find it extremely rewarding to be part of our students' first steps onto our programme and then their first steps as they embark on their career.
