I am the course director of the MSc Rehabilitation and MSc Applied Exercise for Health in the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences. After having run for several years these 2 courses are now not being offered for recruitment while we are developing a new level 7 award.
I am also the lead for the Common Postgraduate Framework (CPF) - a generic research skills framework on offer to all students on postgraduate taught courses at St Georges.
I am also currently the School research methods champion - my remit is to try to unify the many different research methods courses on offer to the undergraduate students in our School and create one course we could all use - naturally with my colleagues involved in this teaching .
My research interests are long term pain, the use of philosophy to humanize clinical strategies ( assessment as well as management) .
