Ms Antje Dragoni

About

I am a senior lecturer and the course leader for the BA Top-up Courses; Education and Leadership in Practice & Teaching and Learning. Prior to joining Kingston University I taught on the Foundation degree in Leadership and Management at one of Kingston University's partner colleges.

Following the set-up of my own Pre-School in 2009, I felt the need to improve my knowledge and understanding, so undertook the Foundation Degree in Leadership and Management and graduated with a first class BA (Hons) degree in Teaching and Learning, followed by the Early Years Teacher Award in 2013 and a Master of Eduction, with distinction, in Early Childhood Studies. I have a deeply felt desire and passion for in-depth knowledge and research in the field of leadership and management in Early Years and I am particularly interested in a movement play-pedagogy.
