Ms Yasmeen Malik

I am the Course Director for the Radiotherapy & Oncology Programme based at St George's University. We are the only University in the UK dedicated entirely to medical and health sciences education and research.

We were previously part of the Joint Faculty of Healthcare with Kingston University. We are now part of the Centre for Allied Health at St George's University (2018).

My role includes programme management, student experience, research supervision, professional practice and teaching.

I am also the Course Admissions Tutor, Radiotherapy Treatment Planning Lead, external examiner for the University of Salford, and an external programme reviewer for the University of Malta.

My professional experience includes working in the NHS up to Band 8A as the Radiotherapy Treatment Team Lead; Treatment Planning Lead; Radiographer-led Image Verification Lead, and Clinical Learning Facilitator, and Education Manager (NHS Breast Centre).  I have also worked at another leading University as a Senior Lecturer.

I recommend studying at St George's University, the career prospects are excellent with opportunities to work in management, education, or at advanced/consultant level clinical practice.

NSS Survey score for 2020 was 100% for Therapeutic Radiography at St Georges' University of London.
