Professor Iain Beith

I am a Professor of Health Education with over 30 years experience in the Higher Education sector. A physiotherapist by background, I have worked at the University of Westminster, Brunel University, King's College London, and since 2009, Kingston and St Georges'. I gained my PhD in Neurophysiology from University College London in 2002.

I lead a School dedicated to education and research for 5 Allied Health Professions, Occupational Therapy, Paramedics, Physiotherapy and Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiography and Midwifery and Social Work and Social Care. I work across the sector including a number of government arms length bodies on behalf of the Allied Health Professions, and higher education.

My main achievements and greatest joy are in education innovation, developing and running programmes that are fit for purpose for the Health and Social Care system.
