I work as a part-time lecturer specialising in Branded User Experience Design. I teach on the User Experience Design and the Marketing & Brand Management MSc courses.
I am a Brand and User Experience Consultant with over 20 years experience in digital strategy, user experience design, information architecture, user research and digital marketing.
Experience in leading UX research projects including Artellite, working with Kingston University and Degree Art on the Nesta funded research project for the design and development of an e-commerce platform for the arts sector. Working as a UX Consultant with Kingston University, led and managed the UX team on the HEFCE funded international research project, Critica, for the design and development of a digital teaching tool for enabling Lecturers to teach critical thinking skills.
Research Masters in Multichannel Branded UX:Evauating The Multichannel Branded User Experience (UX) research involved conducting user testing research studies on selected websites by taking a dual process approach, measuring both the cognitive and emotive factors that underpin trust and persuasion to purchase.
