Our geography and environmental science courses are highly practical, meaning you'll continually apply your studies to real-life situations allowing you to gain expertise in a range of practical and field techniques.
Our environmental science courses are accredited by the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and our geography degree has been accredited by the Royal Geographical Society (RGS).
Geography and environmental science students will take their learning outside the classroom with UK and overseas fieldwork, which will enable you to put theory into practice and to develop confidence in different environments. Field trips bring studies to life, teaching important skills and techniques for your career - past destinations have included Crete, Santorini, Wales, South Africa and Malta.
Many of our courses have an integrated foundation year or the option to undertake a placement year. Click on the course you're interested in below to find out more.
