Student accommodation at Seething Wells

Logo: Your right to a quality home - The Student Accommodation CodeSeething Wells is right by the River Thames and is close to Surbiton town centre and railway station. There is plenty of green space close by, so you won't feel like you're in London at all! The hall is in a listed building located on an old water works site, full of history. It was transformed into student accommodation in the 1990s.

Seething Wells has recently been refurbished and is now our largest hall our residence. We think you will love the finished result! The spruced up hall of residence offers modern, stylish rooms in an eco-friendly environment.

Please note, the size and layout of individual rooms and shared spaces can differ slightly within a specific category due to room and block configurations.

What to bring when you move into halls

Moving into your student room in halls is exciting – but what should you bring with you when you make your move to university?

Rooms in halls are well equipped so there is no need to pack absolutely everything.

A few things to note for Seething Wells specifically – our newly refurbished rooms have induction hobs, so make sure you bring pans that work! Some of the beds are small doubles (rather than singles) so please ensure you have the right bedding too.

You can pre-order a Student Starter Kit Pack if you want to take the hassle out of buying and transporting bedding, kitchen and bathroom items to uni when it is time to move in. The pack will be delivered directly to your hall of residence.
