Cross-examination in the dock

Professor Penny Cooper appeared as a guest academic on the BBC Radio 4 programme Unreliable Evidence, contributing to a debate on the cross-examination of witnesses in court.

Professor Cooper's contribution was informed by her on-going research on vulnerable witnesses and her chairmanship of The Advocates Gateway, which provides free access to practical, evidence-based guidance on vulnerable witnesses and defendants.
