Kingston Business School alumnus Bede Feltham led the second Upgrade masterclass of this year's series, with a session titled, ‘Left brain, right brain. Why being a hybrid is vital when it comes to marketing yourself and your business.'

Alumni, students, staff, entrepreneurs and industry professionals attended the masterclass, which took place at the Kingston Hill campus in the Business School.

Since graduating from Kingston University twice in the 1990s with a postgraduate diploma and an MA in Marketing, Bede founded the Marketing Hybrid Networking Group in 2004, for marketing technologists working across digital, data and direct marketing disciplines. The network has over 800 members and hosts regular events in London, New York and Sydney.

Bede, whose hybrid career has revolved around technology for the past 20 years, stressed the importance of adapting with the technological changes in order to have a successful marketing strategy.
