Step inside the creative minds of engineers in the making. For the second year running, we are showcasing the winning illustrations from local primary and secondary year pupils, who designed innovative engineered solutions to everyday problems, answering the question: ‘If you were an engineer, what would you do?' Come and see the array of inventive illustrations, as well as three working prototypes that have been built by our very own team of students and technicians.

Kingston University hosts the Fifth International Conference on Sustainable Construction Materials and Technologies (SCMT5), as follow up from four successful events in Coventry, UK (2007), Ancona, Italy (2010), Kyoto, Japan (2013) and Las Vegas, USA (2016). It will be a truly international event, with delegates from 35 countries.
