Speakers

Kaya Cheshire - CEO of Hachi Digital: Sustainable Digital Agency

Between fighting the female revolution and battle for equality, at just age 15, Kaya was offered an opportunity to work with Channel 4. This kick-started her passion and career in entrepreneurship. Kaya won a 20 under 20 award from Janet Jackson and continued to build her career at Kingston University, where she studied BA New Media Broadcasting, TV, English Language and Communication, graduating in 2014.

Kaya has worked for James Caan, Stylist Magazine and other global businesses specialising in content creation and social media storytelling. Kaya has since set up a dedicated influencer marketing and digital agency, Haachi Digital, aimed at freelancers in order to share the client workload and understand the fluctuations in day rates. In 11 months, they have secured 11 clients and have over 100 freelancers on their books.

Raj Anand - Co-Founder & Director, Goodman Lantern

Named as one of Revolution Magazine's 50 Most Influential People in Digital, Raj Anand is no stranger to turning the tech industry on its head. He has helped many companies grow through a combination of growth hacking tools, strategies, and market research. An engineer by profession, he has founded three start-ups, raised capital from investors, and taken one venture from zero to acquisition. Raj is also the founder of GoPinLeads, the most innovative local lead generation tool currently available on the market.

As "Chief Lantern" at Goodman Lantern, Raj leads a team of industry experts to help companies increase their sales and identify new markets. By harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and combining this with in-depth market research, Goodman Lantern develops apps and tools that redefine growth hacking and set the bar higher than ever before.

Jill Pringle – Founder & Director, Focused Propositions

A brand marketing consultant, Jill Pringle has been a marketer for over 25 years. Gaining her MA Marketing from Kingston Business School in 2000, Jill worked for Thomson Local in direct marketing and digital product management roles. She was appointed to the senior management team in 2010, and has since held senior B2B marketing roles at Equifax UK and SCM World – where as CMO she was responsible for building their proposition and brand ready for acquisition. She was then part of the management team responsible for integrating the business into Gartner.

Jill set up Focused Propositions in 2017, specialising in building value propositions for businesses - to help them explain more simply who they are, what they do, why they exist and why someone should choose them. This enables a sales and marketing alignment, and a consistent story across social and lead generation activities.
