Upgrade Masterclass breakfast: The future of leadership

Join us for a panel discussion and networking breakfast as our alumni leaders explore the future of leadership in an ever changing global society.

Our panel will share their insights and experience on how they see leadership changing in an evolving world. How do you lead teams as remote working grows? How do you lead in the growing world of start-up businesses? What are the future pressures leaders will face?

The interactive panel will be chaired by Engin Mustafa, lecturer and module leader for Career and Leadership Journey for the MBA programme at Kingston University. Join us to hear what skills and expertise leaders will need in 2030 and beyond.
