Meet the panel: 

Victoria Walsh, Course Leader BSc Business Management & Lecturer in Leadership Practice, Kingston University  

Victoria is a Kingston alumna who began her career as a strategic marketer and consultant working both in award-winning marketing agencies and in-house marketing roles at Sony Pictures UK and Nokia UK. As Victoria's leadership career progressed to board level, she took a new direction with a focus on people and organisational development blended with business strategy.    

Since 2016, Victoria has been part of Kingston Business School and is currently Course Leader for BSc (Hons) Business Management and module leader for both ‘Professional Development' on the MSc in Global Human Resource Management and ‘Careers and Leadership Journey' on the MBA and Executive MBA. Alongside her work at Kingston, Victoria is a Certified Business Psychologist and Executive Coach with a particular interest in female leadership advancement and wellbeing in the workplace.   

Careeta Robert-Green, Founder of Born with a Gift, MSc International Human Resource Management, 2016 

Careeta is a certified life coach with 10+ years of experience in corporate HR, working with top Fortune 500/FTSE 100 companies like BP, GSK, and Dell.  

Currently, she helps professionals and entrepreneurs uncover their unique gifts and step into their personal power. Careeta hosts the Unwrap Your GIFT podcast, offering practical insights on personal and professional growth, along with inspiring stories. Careeta's expertise and guidance support individuals in realising their full potential in business and career. 

Careeta completed both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at Kingston University.  

Daniel Tyson, Fashion and Personal Stylist, BSc Sport Analysis and Coaching, 2017 

Daniel is a Fashion and Personal Stylist operating in and around London. He sources and styles clothes on models and talent for magazines and commercial brands, as well as music videos. On the personal stylist side of things, he helps customers curate a fashion identity that they can be confident with.   

Anna Wronska, PR and Fashion Marketer, BSc Psychology with Business, 2011 

Anna has over 15 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry. She has worked for brands such as Armani, Versace and Club21 - a UK based agent for luxury brands. Anna is currently working in PR and fashion marketing. She is the author of the e-book Fashion Business Handbook, which explains the mechanics of the fashion business and professional success.
