On your first day of work please report to your line manager at your allocated time and bring with you:
Your personal information, contact details, National Insurance number etc will be transferred to your employee record from your application form. On your first day you will receive an email requesting you input your bank details and review/amend your personal data.
As an employee of Kingston University you have a statutory entitlement to be a member of the relevant pension scheme.
Eligible members of academic staff are automatically entered into the Teachers' Pensions Scheme. Please read the Teachers' Pensions Scheme document (PDF) and download, complete and submit any relevant forms.
Members of support staff will automatically become a member of the Local Government Pension Scheme, which is administered by the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. Please read the Local Government Pension Scheme guidance (PDF) and download, complete and submit any relevant forms.
