Following your acceptance you will be contacted directly by email by our Occupational Health provider Health Management Ltd (HML). They will ask you to complete and submit the relevant Health Assessment Questionnaire for your role before your first day of employment.
Your personal information, contact details, National Insurance number etc. will be transferred to your Unified employee record from your application form.
Seven days before your start date you will receive an email (to your personal address) with your KU ID number, instructions on how to log in to the KU network and other important information for new starters.

As an employee of Kingston University you have a statutory entitlement to be a member of the relevant pension scheme. Eligible members of academic staff are automatically entered into the Teachers' Pensions Scheme.
