Research project: Simulation of brain activity of healthy individuals under the influence of psychedelics using cellular automata.

Abstract

The aim of this project is to employ cellular automata to investigate and analyse, via simulation, the action of psychedelic drugs on brain activity, and in particular to investigate the short-term and long-term effects of these drugs when used for the treatment of depression.
