Abstract

This research project investigates how fintech can foster sustainable growth in the banking sector, and what factors facilitate or hinder its adoption.

Biography

I am currently a Partner at Adan Corporate, a management consulting firm that helps clients navigate complex challenges and opportunities in financing, restructuring, risk, and strategy. I also serve as a Director and Country Head at IntroAfrica Services, where I provide market intelligence and go-to-market strategy for new markets and regions. With over 20 years of experience in the banking sector and financial services industry, I lead and implement projects across various industries, with a focus on banking, financial services, and fintech. I hold an MBA from London Business School and a certification in International Treasury Management. I am fluent in English, French, and Dutch.

My current research project delves into the role of fintech in promoting sustainable growth within the banking sector. I explore the factors that either facilitate or hinder its adoption.
