Research project: Big data analytics and visualization for personalized Type 2 Diabetes treatment and management support in Namibia and South Africa

Abstract

This study aims to carry through and develop big data analytics model for personalized Type 2 diabetes in patients in Namibia and South Africa. The study will use available clinical center based Electronic Health Record from Namibia and South Africa to test big data analytics feasibility and allow future intervention for personalized medicine Type 2 Diabetes.

Biography

I am an aspiring Data Analyst predictive modelling , data processing and machine learning algorithm experience to solve challenging  problems suing Python from 2019 to date. My focus and career path  is on leveraging large data to help guide  African health organizations better through Big data analysis.
