Abstract

The aim is to better understand mental health outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mediating factors are explored to identify what factors reduce poor health outcomes. Perceived levels of depression, anxiety and loneliness are evaluated and impacts of personality, resilience and social media use are explored to identify their role in boosting well-being.
