Research project: Decision Support System of Bespoke Ice Protection System for Wind Turbine in Cold Climates Sites

Abstract

Developed Decision Support System of Bespoke Ice Protection System for new and existing wind farms in Cold Climate areas with different weather conditions to prevent the ice accretion on blades by evaluating the composite material of blade within the super hydrophobic coatings and integrating the new matrix of heating mats at initial stage of design.

Biography

Being a graduate BSc in Mechanical Engineering faculty from Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry in 2011, I have worked for the last 5 years in Azerbaijan for a major energy alliance that covers the entire energy value chain from upstream production from the Caspian Sea to downstream delivery of energy to customers in Europe. Later on, in 2018 I have been graduated with MSc in Environmetal Management - Energy from Kingston University London.
