Research project: Face analysis using Deep Architectures and Adversarial Learning

Abstract

Facial analysis and specifically face synthesis and editing have recently attracted significant interest in the deep learning and computer vision areas, due to the wide range of applications in film and game industry as well as in teleconferencing and in video compression. This research project aims to tackle face editing both on synthetic and on real images leveraging the high quality image generation of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs). Specifically, this project focuses on providing novel solutions for face editing and face reenactment for real-world applications.
