Course description

Help to Grow your businessKingston Business School is bringing extensive entrepreneurial and small business expertise to offer this 12-week MBA style practical programme, which covers all aspects of management for growth and innovation. Designed specifically for small and medium sized businesses across the UK, the in-depth high-quality curriculum will support you to build your capabilities in leadership, innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, marketing, responsible business, and financial management as you adapt to new business environments. By the end of the programme you will develop a business growth plan to help you lead your business to release its potential.

The course will also offer businesses one-to-one mentorship, and participants will finish the course with a tailored business growth plan, as well as access to an extensive alumni programme and network.

This programme is accredited by the Small Business Charter and is designed to be manageable alongside full-time work. It will support business leaders to develop their strategic skills. Key modules cover financial management, innovation and digital adoption. By the end of the programme you will develop a tailored business growth plan to lead your business to its full potential.

Who qualifies for this subsidised programme?

  • UK businesses from any sector that have been operating for more than one year, with between 5 to 249 employees are eligible.
  • The participant should be a decision maker or member of the senior management team within the business, such as chief executive or finance director.
  • Charities are not eligible.

 Course structure

The course comprises online seminars, face to face workshops, peer group calls, and one-to-one mentorship, all taking place during work hours.
