Mr Kyle Moore

About

I am a Senior Lecturer in Education specialising in Early Childhood Education and Care. I am Liaison Officer for the FdA in Early Years supporting our collaborative partnership group.

My professional career has consisted entirely of working within educational settings where I begun as a 'play worker' within a primary school setting. Benefiting from the work based learning routes offered at Kingston University I have been able to progress from a early years practitioner to qualified teacher and leader within the primary sector before transitioning into higher education in 2018- teaching on the pathway which underpinned my career. I have both first-hand as well as teaching experience of work-based degree programmes and I am an advocate for supporting the early years workforce in developing their professionalism and practice.

In my previous capacities I taught within the early years classroom for over a decade and led on several school-based initiatives and curriculum developments including government changes to PSHE policy as well as the post covid-19 recovery curriculum.
