About

I have over 25 year's experience of working in academic development in a variety of universities.  Currently, I lead the Academic Staff Development team within LTEC in the delivery of a wide range of professional development opportunities for academic and professional services staff at Kingston.  This includes the AdvanceHE accredited recognition scheme, KAPS, the Introduction to Learning and Teaching programme and the Course Leaders Programme.  I oversee a generic CPD programme which includes the development and delivery of Kingston's annual Provosts Award and the annual Festival of Learning.  I co-ordinate the university's Peer Review Scheme and with other members of the team, make a significant contribution in support of the annual monitoring and enhancement (AME) process.  I have been a Senior Fellow of the HEA since 2013.
