Professor Edmund Heery is an expert in UK industrial relations and is best known for his work on trade unions. At this event, Professor Heery will speak about his recent work with employer forums that promote employer engagement with questions of equality and diversity at work.

The Diversity and Inclusion Research Unit (DIRU) is a newly formed group which brings together researchers with different methodological approaches and areas of expertise, including various facets of diversity and issues related to diversity in organisations.
