Venue: Room 322, Kingston Business School, Kingston Hill campus, Kingston Hill, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey KT2 7LB
This workshop is designed for doctoral students and early-career researchers (ECRs), to help them develop strategies to reach non-academic stakeholders within the context of their own research field.
A presentation from a leading academic will provide a framework on how best to engage with stakeholders, disseminate research and maximise its impact. Recently completed doctorates will share their experiences to demonstrate the practice of engaging with non-academic audiences; the challenges and benefits of doing so. The workshop is designed to be interactive and provide delegates with the opportunity to develop their own engagement and impact strategies.
Chair: Professor George Saradakis
Administration: Valerie Thorne and Dr Hang Do
