The Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture, would like to invite prospective research degree applicants to an open event to find out more about research degrees in the Faculty and meet staff and students involved with the research degrees programme.

Details of AHRC Techne and LDoc funding will be presented at the open event. We are currently seeking applications within the following areas:

• architecture, urbanism and landscape – history, theory, practice;
• design practice;
• design for sustainability;
• social design;
• design communications;
• fine art practice ;
• photography
• film practice – history and theory;
• art, design and architecture, history and theory, modern and contemporary; and
• curating, collections and archives.

Kingston application deadline for those wishing to be considered for AHRC Funding:

Contemporary Art Practice, Film Making, Photography: 30 November 2015
Interviews to be held: week beginning 30 November 2015

Art, Design and Architecture History, Theory, Curating: 8 January 2016
Interviews to be held: week beginning 18 January 2016

Final AHRC Submission Deadline: 7 February 2016
