Using a framework rooted in an annual research study and drawing on case studies from the retail, travel and technology industries, Joe will review what it means to be a digitally mature organisation. Spanning strategy, technology, culture, organisational design and marketing, he will discuss why the firms successful in the digital age are the ones that have made customer-centricity a core part of their strategy.

About the speaker

Joe Tarragano is the retail practise partner at consulting firm Transform, which focuses on digital transformation and ecommerce. Joe has led projects for retailers such as Argos, New Look, Sainsbury's, Debenhams, Halfords and many more. Prior to Transform, Joe spent six years in a variety of leadership positions at eBay and his varied background spans several roles and industries, in global giants such as Thomson Reuters and JP Morgan Chase, as well as within incubators and start-ups.
