Creating a Culture that Performs: From Research to Practice

Many organisations develop a great strategy but then fail to implement it. In most cases, this is because of "the way we do things around here" - a culture guides how people think, feel and act, and thus drives performance at different levels - organisational, group and individual. But how do we create a culture that performs and does not "eat strategy for breakfast"? This event focuses on this controversial topic from both academic and practitioner perspectives.

This is the fifth in a series of "From Research to Practice" seminars jointly organised by Kingston Business School and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). The key feature of these seminars is that they bring together academic experts from Kingston University and leading practitioners.

Speakers: Philip Edwards and Dr Jelena Petrovic
