Stress busting: keeping cool under pressure

Learning to manage stress and remain cool under pressure is a life-saving and a life-changing skill that we can all develop.

During this empowering talk, guest speaker John McConnell (a stress management trainer and coach) will look at some signs and causes of stress, then explore a variety of tools and insights, which enable us to maintain our peace of mind and deal with the situations that trigger stress in more productive and effective ways.

All are welcome.
