Teaching Exchange Research Symposia: Managing Knowledge-intensive Firms

Hosted by the Kingston Business School, Dr Zeynep Ozsoy, Associate Professor in Management at Istanbul Bilgi University, will lead three research symposia whilst visiting on an Erasmus teaching exchange. 

Dr Ozsoy is an expert on gender equality, having conducted research on female employment in family-owned and listed businesses. Her current work also addresses issues of corporate governance and business ethics; the management of knowledge-intensive firms; and alternative organisational forms and consumption patterns. She has published in journals such as the International Journal of Effective Board Performance and Human Systems Management and presented at various international conferences. She is a member of the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM).

The final of the three events will focus on the following areas:

  • Knowledge Management: issues, theories & debates
  • Leading Knowledge Workers
